I'd suggest :

- report solaris's prtconf -pv
- if you have kernel with DEBUG then boot with -V option

- do after it crashed
.trap-registers
%tl-c .
and then you'll need to find the place where it's crashed by
dissassembling memory or kernel image, the later is better.
