I have just removed the old compatibility hack
which passes 2 copies or argc.  This is only
needed for very old pre-1.5 binaries.  If things
start failing with segvs or can't find any 
parameters after upgrading the kernel, you are
probably running an old binary and need to 
upgrade your userland to a newer crt0.
