Hi!

I try to do a diskless install on a Netra T1 105. I already succeeded in
getting the kernel booted, but I can't mount the root-fs via NFS.

The messages on the console:
[...]
root on hme0
[...]
mountroot: trying nfs...
nfs_boot: trying RARP (and RPC/bootparam)
revarp failed, error=51
mountroot: trying ffs...
no file system for hme0
cannot mount root, error = 79

tcpdump gives the following output:

[...]
12:12:45.905745 eisregen.mp-intern.3548 > mp-scsi17.mp-intern.nfs: 104 read [|nfs] (ttl 4, id 0, len 132)
12:12:45.905819 mp-scsi17.mp-intern.nfs > eisregen.mp-intern.3548: reply ok 772 read REG 100755 ids 0/0 sz 4806886 [|nfs] (DF) (ttl 64, id 0, len 800)

-> Kernel load via NFS from the bootloader, then the kernel boots.

12:13:02.825649 rarp reply 10.10.30.209 at eisregen.mp-intern

-> the RARP request+reply is repeated several times but it seems it doesn't
get accepted by the kernel.

Any hints?

Thanks in advance
