That's correct.  The sparc64 port uses the version of gcc 2.95.2
that's in src/gnu/dist/toolchain.  It needs to be built separately.
To build it:

	1) `cd src/gnu/dist/toolchain'

	2) `contrib/egcs_update --touch'

	3) `mkdir builddir'

	4) `cd builddir'

	5) `../configure; make; make install'

Or just grab a toolchain snapshot.
