Qemu, SPARC guests & MT-TCG (Re: SPARC packages availability for 9.0 and install report)

Unfortunately, it seems the SPARC guests are still missing the
Multi-Threaded TCG support :-(
Having the ability to run multiple guest CPUs on multiple host cores
would help speeding up compilation... I do that routinely for RISC-V,
it's really useful.

Anyone here with good low-level SPARC knowledge has investigated how
complicated it would be to add multi-threading support for SPARC
(<https://wiki.qemu.org/Features/tcg-multithread#Porting_a_guest_architecture>)?
