can you try building lib/csu/ with -O1 and see if that works? you'll have to relink all the apps/shlibs, but an update build should do this properly. just run a make clean in lib/csu, revert lib/csu/common/Makefile.inc to rev 1.31, and build the world again.. thanks. .mrg.
