FYI, old PROMs don't initialize everything properly on returning
"ok" prompt so booting without "reset" command after other oparations
(halt(8) command on NetBSD etc.) sometimes cause that error.

IIRC newer PROMs invoke "reset" (or equivalent) before
executing "boot" command even in that case.
