At least on my IPX this does not work, since I can't figure out how to eject 
the floppy without interrupting pax.
I know there should be an emergency eject somewhere behind this tiny little 
hole on the front...

Haven't tried the CD install from tape, since my IPX runs fine with 1.5.1 ;-)
