I think the largest (old) 2.5" SCSI disk is 1.05Gb.  If you can find a
drive sled for a Sparcbook with a larger drive, that will contain an IDE
<-> SCSI converter.  You can then add a larger disk (my Sparcbook has a
4Gb disk now).  I think the Sparcbook converters were made by ADTX.  The
converters also come up as Mac items, as some of those had 2.5" SCSI
disks.
