After browsing the net, I believe other Sparc users have had similar
problem.
Unfortunately, I so much of a newbie that I don=B4t know where to look =
for
"deeper" error messages.
What I put in my first e-mail, was a small fraction of (similar) error
messages, read from the terminal and then rewritten in Outlook.

I also have to install and start up a E-mail client, something I was =
hoping
was more intuitive within the shelter of a WM than straight from the =
command
prompt.

But I=B4ll give it a try.
Where can I look for deeper error messages?

It would help if you posted the whole error message - this is just some
nested make processes bailing out over an earlier error, likely from gcc =
or
some test script.
