Well, didn't need to wait for it, a

	cc1 in free(): warning: modified (page-) pointer.

and a subsequent segfault ended it pretty prematurely.

Took out the memory module and now it's compiling again, so far
with no indications of memory errors or similar.

Thanks to everyone, those `MBus' and `registers' lines really had
me worried one of the cpu caches might have died.
