I start getting these on my SS20 when it's too hot in my
inadequately-cooled machine room. I have 2x125MHz Hypersparcs, so my
guess is that you're probably much more susceptible to heat problems
with your 180MHz CPU(s). Just like yours, I don't see any problems
during a diag-switch boot. Once I brought in an extra fan, the
messages went away.
