I thought about that too.. but dmesg doesn't show the cache size ;)
My cpus have no external cache.

 | The IOMMU also isn't the same:
 | mine: iommu0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0xe0000000: version 0x3/0x0, page-size 4096, range 64MB
 | yours: iommu0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0xe0000000: version 0x3/0x1, page-size 4096, range 64MB

I guess this isn't a problem.

 | The SS10 SBUS clock is 20Mhz, not 25

This should be investigated.

 | The memory controller isn't the same:
 | mine: eccmemctl0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0x0: version 0x0/0x1
 | yours: eccmemctl0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0x0: version 0x0/0x2

This shouldn't be a problem too.

 | Also you have an extra esp and an extra le (possibly both on the
 | same sbus card).

I'm using both cards. The machine is doing NAT.
