I've an SS2 with 128 megs of memory.

This is realistic if you want it to be ready by 2.1 :) My machine
compiles apache for half a day, building the whole world will probably
take a month or so. It is MUCH faster cross-compiling on some x86
machine and then install/upgrade from that.
