Is there anyway to set a global MAKEOPTS in NetBSD? Its in a config 
file under Gentoo Linux but I have not been able to find something that 
is the same in NetBSD. I have a box with 4 CPU's so I would like 
MAKEOPTS=-j5 set for any compile job (like stuff in pkgsrc).
