You need to build new tools like this first:

cd /usr/src
./build.sh -T /where/you/want/the/tools tools

You'll find a executables "nbconfig" and "nbmake-sparc" in
"/where/you/want/the/tools/bin" afterwards which you can use
to configure and build your kernel.
