I was trying to upgrade from 1.6W to get some of the new SA fixes
on my SS20, and ddb gave me this:

cpu_debugger
mem_access_fault_4m+0x11c
cpu_switchto+0x194
netbsd:snapshot+0x40

It happens after the message about IPsec, and before the one about
scsibus0, and has happened 3 for 3 tries now.  I can provide the
kernel config if needed, but savecore says there is no core file
to save, but a ddb sync does make a lot of messages come out and
then reboot quickly, so I assume it is not a second panic...
