Hi,
I've just tried installing NetBSD 1.6Y (200309050000) on my SS20, (2x
75MHz SuperSparc-II) and boots fine with the Uniprocessor GENERIC
kernel, but with the Multiprocessor GENERIC kernel, it only gets as far
as:
>> NetBSD/sparc Secondary Boot, Revision 1.12=B6
>> (autobuild@tgm.daemon.org, Wed Apr 9 02:46:11 UTC 2003)=B6
Booting netbsd=B6
3016436+96036+243524 [198096+153567Instruction Access Exception=B6
Type help for more information=B6
<#0> ok
Am I going the right way with using the 1.6Y snapshot? I didn't fancy
doing a full build on a single processor to just try it out, but if
that's the best way, so be it.
Any other snapshots to recommend?
Matt
