The write error bug is fixed by Enami Tsugutomos cvs commit to mkfs.c 
but the installer is still not working. After making filesystems I get 
an error with command "/usr/mdec/binstall ffs /mnt" about "Cannot find 
"/mnt" in mount table". I am using installation floppies, new filesystem 
/ and swap when installing (modifying existing partition table behaves 
the same, error after making filesystems).
