The releng.netbsd.org 200308240000 netbsd-GENERIC kernel panics for
me on my SS20 (2xRT620, 512 ram) when attempting to populate mfs /dev.
Another generic from Aug. 10 works fine.

init: Creating mfs /dev
panic: pmap_remove_all: empty vreg
syncing disks... panic: lockmgr: locking against myself
Frame pointer is at 0xf6279358

Perhaps something is just in flux (recent non-exec changes?). If more
information is needed I can build a debug kernel.
