I was trying to debug a bridge/ipf/ipv6 problem and single-stepping inside
DDB.  The machine printed "Level 15 Interrupt" and dumped me at the PROM
prompt (on CPU 3).  The machine is an SS20 with 3 100Mhz HS's in and running
a UP kernel from roughly 8 July.  Should mp_pause_cpus_ddb() be called even
in the UP case?
