Me, too, with four IPCs and probably more in the coming. I ended up
putting 1.5.3 on them. One has been running a month without a single
glitch, and it seems quite stable. There was not one crash in compiling
the kernel, Perl, OpenSSL, bind and dhcp, along with a handful of small
utilities, e.g., gawk. I plan to put it on my small laboratory lan as
a dedicated DNS and DHCP server. It will only have to do sshd for one user.
If it goes two more months solid, I'll be using the rest of them on the
busiest of our subnets. I'd say 1.5.3 is "thumbs up" for light-use sun4c's.
