Well, UDP still seems a bit bent/broken, but it definately fixes the
issues with Solaris telnet and getting X applications to connect to the
server. This is on a SS2 (sun4c) with Solaris 2.5.1 libraries.

I'll have to try pulling the 2.8 libs from a box at work and see if that
helps.

As for Solaris 9 libs, I couldn't get *anything* to work- constant SIGSEGV
from everhting. Of course, I suppose that could be from trying to use
libraries from an OS which does not support my hardware. (Are Solaris 9
libs compiled for v7?)
