it's normal.

1.6.1_RC1 is the latest tag on netbsd-1-6 branch, which will be
eventually transformed into 1.6.1.  1.6_STABLE filled the gap between
1.6 and 1.6.1_RC1 (or 1.6.1_BETA*).
