Is there a fix for this problem (except removing the card)? I've the
same problem on both 1.5 and 1.6, but not on 1.4.3.

Boot an GENERIC NetBSD-1.5 kernel (the same with a custom kernel with
cgsix support) on Sun SS10.

Removing the cgsix sbus card let's the system boot.
(There is no such problem on NetBSD 1.4.3.)

Can you provide the stack-trace produced by the released GENERIC
kernel ?
