Subject: Current GENERIC kernel to big

Just crosscompiled current for my ss2, and it seems that the GENERIC 
kernel is too large and the machine will not boot. Commented some things 
out of it, recompiled the kernel and everything is fine. Is there still 
no work around for that nasty kernel size problem on sun4c?
