Well, pth seems to have built and installed okay (the tests seem
to confirm this), but it stuffed everything under /usr/pkg, which is
not going to be found by any standard program that might be looking
in /usr/include, /usr/lib, /usr/local/include, or /usr/local/lib.

Any ideas how to force it to put things where they should be?

	Meanwhile, I'll try ptl2 instead....
