Greg, et al.:

The sysinstall using the default [sun] terminal
does not work. The cursor keys just don't work.
The use of xterm there is not intuitively
obvious to anyone trying to install using a sun
monitor and keyboard on sun hardware.

When one enters the timezone screens, the cursor
keys do not work. Also, there is NO indication
of anything obvious that WILL work in the header
lines of that screen. One person mentioned that
Emacs style ctrl-n and ctrl-p for next and for
previous does work. That is also not very
intuitively obvious. Also why do we need a two-
fisted wordstar approach there? A simple KISS
approach (traditional in UNIX) would be maybe
n or p (to which maybe b for beginning and e for
end) should do. As an emergency bailout maybe
the traditional lowest common denominator term
cursor movement of ctrl-HJKL might work... nope.
So, with no indication in the header lines of
what did work, one had to bail out and reinstall
with the old scripts. That generally worked.

Clearly, some tweaking of the sysinstall stuff
for sparc needs to be done. Interestingly, the
VAX version seemed to work fine, defaulting to
vt100 cursor control, and the PeeCee version did
fine, too. The sparc version is rough in that
timezone area, but should be relatively easy to
fix.
