We realize that this email is long, but please read the entire message =

below, as your answer may be included below.

Please see the following information for explanations of the following =

topics

1. Contacting managers in your league
2. Trades
3. Waivers
4. Roster deadlines

If you have further questions after you have read the following
material, please go to the Help section of the sport in which you are
participating and click on the 'Send Us Feedback' link.

1. Contacting managers in your league

To discuss general issues with the members of your league, a couple of =

options exist.

By going to the "Coaches" or "Teams & Coach List" page -- listed under =

the Extra Features section of your league page -- you can find the
Yahoo! ID and email address of the other coaches in your league,
assuming they have chosen to make their contact information public.

Once you've done that, you can send a coach an email, use his/her =
Yahoo!
ID to communicate, or chat via Yahoo! Messenger.

If you'd like to contact a coach who does not list contact =
information,
try posting a message on the league message boards. This is a great
place to discuss fantasy sports issues with the other members of your
league.

2. Trades

** If you receive a trade notification email and the trade proposal =
does
not appear on your home page, then the proposed trade has been =
canceled
by the team that proposed it.

To propose a trade, go to your team page and select "Propose Trade",
which allows you to select the team and player(s) you wish to trade.

To select players for a multiple player trade, hold down the Ctrl key
and highlight the players you wish to trade with your mouse.

An email will be sent to the other manager offering your proposed =
trade.
That manager can then go to his/her team page to view the proposal and =

accept it, decline it, or make a counter offer. There must be consent
from both managers for a trade to be completed. If no action is taken =
in
10 days, the offer will automatically be revoked.

If your trade is rejected, you will receive an email notifying you of
that result.

If a counter offer is made, you will receive an email detailing the =
new
proposal.

If the offer is accepted, the entire league will be notified and
commissioners can review the deal. In a Public League, an objection of =

five or more managers within two days will veto the trade. In a =
Private
League, the commissioner has veto power for the length of time chosen
during configuration.

During the review period, trades are marked as pending. Once the trade =

has been accepted and the waiting period has finished, the trade will =
be
processed (this can take up to 24 hours) and its results reflected on
each team's roster and shown in the transaction log.

In order for a trade to be valid, all players involved must still be =
on
the same team they were when the deal was accepted. If they are not, =
the
trade will automatically be rejected.

At no time will any coach be allowed to have more than five pending
trades per league.

3. Waivers

The waiver period -- measured in hours -- is between 48 and 72, =
because
waivers are processed at midnight every night. For example, if a =
player
is waived Monday at Noon, they will clear waivers midnight on =
Wednesday.
Waivers will then be processed between 4-8 hours later, at which point =

they will show on your roster.

If more than one team claims the same player, the team that is highest =

on the priority list is given the rights to the player. The priority
list is initially set based on the reverse of the draft order.

However, each time you add a waived player to your roster, you are
pushed to the back of the list. This "rolling" list stays in effect =
for
the entire season.

Click on the "Coaches" or "Team & Coach List" link from the league =
home
page to view the current Waiver Priority list.

4. Roster Deadlines

Football

The deadline to make transactions (trades, and waiver and free agent
claims) for each week is 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the day before =
the
first game of the week.

All transactions made after the deadline will be reflected in your
lineup for the following week.

The deadline to make intra-roster moves (switching between active and
reserve) is 30 minutes before the start of each player's game.

If there is a Thursday or Friday game, you will need only those =
starters
to be in place that will participate in these games.

Basketball

The deadline to make transactions (trades, and waiver and free agent
claims) for the following day's games is 11:59 PM PT. It is not =
possible
for players acquired via trade, waivers, or free agency to be active =
on
the day they are acquired.

Hockey

The deadline to make transactions (trades, and waiver and free agent
claims) for the following day's games is 11:59 PM PT.

The deadline to make intra-roster moves (switching between active and
reserve) is 5 minutes before the start of the player's game.

Pro Pick 'Em

The deadline for all Public Group picks is 30 minutes before the start =

of each game. This will also serve as the default deadline for Private =

Groups, but may be changed by the commissioner.

College Pick 'Em

For all Public Groups, the deadline to submit your final picks is 30
minutes before the start of the first game of the week. For almost all =

weeks, this will be during the morning on Saturday, but it will change =

if there are Friday games.

In a Private Group, the commissioner can set the deadline to be 3:00
p.m. PT on Friday (In weeks with Friday games, this deadline will =
become
3:00 p.m. PT on Thursday), 30 minutes before the start of the first =
game
of the week, or 30 minutes before the start of each game.

Auto Racing

The weekly deadline to pick drivers for a new team or select any new
drivers for your existing squad is 11:59 pm PT on the night before the =

first round of qualifying.

Golf

The deadline to pick players for a new team or select any new golfers
for your existing squad is 11:59 PM PT each Wednesday.
