Ok, it seems that 1.6 release is getting closer and closer, but the
tagged queuing bug on IPC is still there. If it is not possible to fix
it, maybe add a new kernel to the distribution with tagged queuing
disabled (like the scsi3 kernel ... maybe non-tag.tgz). Is someone even
working on this, or is it planned to ship 1.6 with this nasty bug,
rendering IPC with newer discs (that support tagged queuing) useless
(since generic kernel has tagged queuing enabled, only way to use 1.6 on
an IPC is to use older drives that have no queuing support or compile a
new kernel with tagged queuing disabled by default).
