You have an FSBE/S (Fast SCSI, Buffered Ethernet/Sbus, Sun part # 
501-2015); this card has one RJ-45 10-base-T connector, and one 
50-pin "SCSI-II, sun-style" connector on it. It has been supported by 
NetBSD/sparc since 1.3 and, assuming the hardware is still good, 
works well: both the ethernet and the SCSI bus controller can be 
booted from with the correct device reference in the OF parameters.

If your Ethernet isn't working, it may very well be a hardware fault; 
there is no AUI or 10-base-2 port on this card, so there are no media 
selection issues.
