Or qsphy. If these are quad cards, Sun had (at least) two different types,
one called hme and one called qfe. No idea what the real difference is.
NetBSD recognizes both types with the hme driver, but only one comes up with
qsphy:

#dmesg | egrep 'hme[04]'
hme0 at sbus0 slot 1 offset 0x8c00000 level 4 (ipl 7): Sun Happy Meal Ethernet (SUNW,qfe)
hme0: Ethernet address 08:00:20:90:75:de
qsphy0 at hme0 phy 1: QS6612 10/100 media interface, rev. 1
hme4 at sbus0 slot 2 offset 0x8c00000 level 4 (ipl 7): Sun Happy Meal Ethernet (SUNW,qfe)
hme4: Ethernet address 08:00:20:90:75:de
ukphy0 at hme4 phy 1: Generic IEEE 802.3u media interface

As soon as the CVS server gets unhosed, I'll add nsphy to my kernel and see if
it clears up that ukphy.
