I have something called the "SPARC RISC USER'S GUIDE - hyperSPARC
Edition" by Ross Technologies 3rd Edition - Copyright Sept. 1993.
Covers the hyperSPARC RT600 (RT620,RT625,RT627) and the old CY7C60x
chips.

Not willing to part with it, but will photocopy/quote sections for
people.
