(In passing, a "Subject: Need Help" is almost completely uninformative.
Something like "installboot complaint", vague as it is, would be

Because /dev/dsk/c0t3d0s0 is _not_ a character device; it's a block
device.  You need to use the raw disk device.  I'm not a Solaris expert
by any means, but I _think_ this would be /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s0.

As for its solution, well, if using the raw device doesn't fix it, I'll
have to leave it to someone who actually knows Solaris.
