You might consider to try mMosaic. It is basically an enthusiast's
project extending mosaic 2.7.x. It can do tables and frames, has
netscape compatible bookmarks, but it cannot do java, javascript, or
css. It is about as fast as Mosaic, i.e. usable even on IPC class
machines, has a few stability problems (latest version i tried was a
solaris 8 binary on solaris 7).
