you'll need two pointed sticks (pen, pencil, phillips head screw
driver). These sticks need to be thin enough to fit around a
centimeter of their length into the holes on the sides of the 411
case.

Put the case in front of you, with its front face facing you.

count to the third hole of the top row on both sides, from the back
of the case.

put the sticks into those two holes on either side, and press into
the holes firmly.

You have now released (in theory) the lid lock catches.

Lift the lid, from the back, using the two sticks as lifters, while
maintaining inward pressure on the holes the sticks are in.

The lid should lift towards you from the back without resistance.
