:)Just make an image on the sparc and transfer it over to your pc to burn it.
Are you trying to make your own CD, or just trying to install NetBSD for
the first time?
If the latter, just get:
<ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/iso/1.5.1/sparccd.iso>
