I'm having a difficult time with ftpd on 1.5.1_BETA2/sparc, pasv mode is 
apparently whacked.

Real quick test, point the NetBSD ftp at ftp://ftp.warthog.com/etc/motd and 
see if the file comes through before timing out to active mode.  Then do the 
same with the "-A" flag.  (You can also use a web browser and compare that 
with a non-passive ftp, like Solaris'.)

Anyone know what's up with this?
