I had this on one of my Sparc 1+'s - almost exactly like that. I did a bit
of digging and it was a fauty SIMM. It even told me what slot it was in too.

Unfortunately I can't remember whether I got this from kernel messages
or did a full Memory test in the PROM, but changing the SIMM fixed it.

Been fine since.
