Well, Sun still sells them, but they are very expensive ($150 for
the PROM chip).

I ran across the following the other day -- haven't ever done
business with them, so this is strictly a point to someone
who claims to sell the PROM chips:

They have SS10 and SS20 parts.  I don't remember what kind of
machine you wanted them for.  Give a call at least, they may have
stuff for older machines.
