For the record, some of the last SS5s have 170s in them.
And you're right. They're not that fast compared with, say, an SS20
with an equivalent processor (largely due to the cache they have on the
processor module).
But I'll tell ya, someone gave me an SS5/170. I used to run on an IPX.
Do you *really* think I'd turn it down? :-)
