No luck.  I built openssl using the following commands:

./config
make

Here is what I see:

making all in tools...
Doing certs
Segmentation fault - core dumped
ICE-CA.pem does not contain a certificate

The openssl binary core dumps when I run it.  I get similar results
when I first ./config rsaref.

Would anyone be willing to hold my hand through this process?
