No. Dual-processor support works just fine (I have two dual-CPU
SS20s that I run under current) and has for a long time. Unfortunately,
though the second CPU spins up, the kernel doesn't know what to do
with it, so it just leaves it sitting there doing nothing all the
time. :-)

I understand that there's some work on getting the MI portion of
SMP going so that we can actually do something with the second
processor. The i386 and Alpha folks are working on getting their
multi-CPU machines spinning up, so once that's done probably a lot
more work will be done in this area. But you won't be seeing anything
in the next month or two, that's certain.
