19991223 is still building on sun3, ETA is a few days barring disaster.

No serious testing, so "caveat usor" :)
I did fix up the file lists to make distrib/sets/checkflist happy,
so missing file reports are especially interesting.

The sparc snap is missing syboot because I didn't catch that and fix
``make snapshot'' before it was uploaded.

Bug reports welcome; I have been tuning ``make snapshot'' and related
machinery while working on these.
