Download the floppy images somewhere, and then write them to
some floppy disk. :-)

For the downloading, the sparc images are at
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.4.1/sparc/installation/bootfs/
boot is the "old" menu/shellscript-based installation, syboot is the
"new" sysinst based installation. I'm not sure if the old method
supports installing via FTP, sysinst sure does.

For the writing to floppy, you can do this with a simple "cat xxx.fs
>/dev/diskette" on solaris, or using rawrite.exe on a PC (see the
i386/installation direcory for the rawrite.exe program).

Oh, and then boot, the floppy with something like "boot floppy" from
the PROM, but you probably know that.
