I have a sparc classic which is behaving oddly.

Its been put together from spare parts and is the only machine here
that runs Solaris.  While it generally seems ok, top,lsof,ssh-keygen
and netscape all simply hang when run and are then unkillable.

I'd like to try and rule out faulty memory so if anyone can point me
at a good utility I'd appreciate it.
