um, is anything happening here?  the sparc GENERIC is still broken
at this point of time, now 4 weeks after this change was made?

   update for new VME framework
   
   
   (see other port-sparc messages for this error, or just try to config(8)
   a GENERIC kernel from -current sources).
   
   
   as it appears to involve VME restructuring, i'm not going to attempt to
   fix it right now..
   
   could you please look at and fix this problem?  thanks.
