No, a guy called Justin Bur.  I don't recongize the Ray Larabie name.

For those who are interested in the differences, I have a pbm file that
contains the one next to the other (in somewhat different layouts,
unfortunately, but close enough to compare).  And as I said, I have a
BDF file for my/Justin's version that I'll be happy to hand out.
