Hi, one more inane question. :)

Got a 1.4 machine mounting some filespace off of an SS5 running Solaris 7.
It's specified as a "root" mount on the solaris side, so there's no
root UID remap or anything like that. As a regular user or as root on the
NetBSD box, I can read files from and write files to the NFS mount all day
long. I can't, however, as a regular user or as root, create a file:

$ touch file
touch: file: Inappropriate file type or format
$

Bwah? Don't think I've ever seen that before. Possibly due to an
interaction between a Solaris NFS server and a NetBSD/sparc client? Any
suggestions appreciated.
