This sound interface is of a completely different design.  I have not
yet started on a driver for it, but there are some documents out there
for anyone interested in working on this: the CS4215 programming
manual is available from the Cirrus site;  DBRI chip design and
programming information is on the Lucent site: look for the T7903
device (this is in fact an ISA chip, but the actual chip used in Suns
differs only in the Sbus glue circuits).
